Jim Peddle Joins Chicagoland Sunbelt as Senior Broker

Peddle will work out of the River North office. He brings extensive experience in sales and operations.

Chicago, May 12, 2011 – Dan Kite, Managing Partner Chicgoland Sunbelt’s Downtown office, is pleased to announce that Jim Peddle is joining the office as a Senior Broker. Working from the company’s new Downtown office, Mr. Peddle assists business owners all over Chicagoland by helping them sell their businesses.

Peddle has over twenty years of entrepreneurial business experience and is considered an expert in business development, financial analysis, real estate and operations. Peddle began his career working at his father’s building materials company while attending the University of Iowa in the 1980′s. After the sale of this business, Peddle moved into the banking field where he worked for a number of large national financial services companies catering to self-employed borrowers.

In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children assisting in their extracurricular activities.
